Terms & Conditions
For clients of The Confluencers · Last updated: October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you, the client, and The Confluencers ("we", "us", "the practice"). They set out what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you, when you book and attend sessions. Please read them before you book. Our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how we look after your information, and our Participation Agreement covers health and safety.
About us and our sessions
The Confluencers is run by Anna Bruni Sabhaney. We offer sessions, in person and online. You can reach us at chat@theconfluencers.com, or write to us at Anna Bruni
7 Bell Yard
London
WC2A2JR.
Eligibility
Our sessions are intended for adults aged 18 or over. By booking or participating you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide to us is accurate and current.
If you are booking on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring they meet these requirements, have seen these Terms, and complete their own Participation Agreement & Health Declaration.
Booking and payment
You can book online through our booking page, or by contacting us. Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Payment is due when you book, unless we agree otherwise, and is taken securely through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown on our booking page and include any tax that applies.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to move or cancel a session, please tell us as early as you can. How much notice we ask for, and whether you'll get a refund, a credit or a new time, is set by our own cancellation and refund policy. Please ask us at chat@theconfluencers.com if you'd like to see it before you book. If we ever need to cancel, we'll offer you a new time or a full refund — your choice. If something genuinely unexpected happens on either side, we'll always try to be fair about it.
This policy is in addition to your legal rights, set out below. It never takes them away.
Your legal right to cancel
If you book online, by phone or by email, or anywhere other than at our premises, the law may give you 14 days from the day you book to cancel (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Whether it applies to your booking, and what you get back if it does, is set by the law.
- How to cancel. Tell us clearly within the 14 days — by email to chat@theconfluencers.com, by post to Anna Bruni
London
WC2A2JR, or using the form below. You don't have to give a reason.
This legal right doesn't apply if you book in person at our premises. Our own cancellation policy above still applies either way.

Health, safety and taking part
Some of this work isn't suitable for everyone. Before your first session we'll ask you to read and accept our Participation Agreement and to complete a short health questionnaire. Please tell us if anything changes. Our sessions support wellbeing and self-exploration; they are not medical treatment, psychotherapy or diagnosis, and they are not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
Online sessions
For online sessions, please join from a quiet, private space where you feel safe and won't be disturbed. Don't take part while driving or operating machinery. Make sure you have a stable connection and, where you can, someone you can reach afterwards if you need support. Online sessions use a secure video service provided through our practice software. You're responsible for your own surroundings and safety during online sessions.
Recordings
We don't record sessions unless we've agreed it with you beforehand and you've given your consent. Out of respect for everyone's privacy, please don't record a session without our agreement.
Our space, and conduct
We want sessions to feel safe for everyone. We ask you to arrive on time and ready to take part, to treat us and any other participants with respect, and to follow reasonable safety guidance. We may end a session, or decline future bookings, where behaviour puts the safety or comfort of others at risk. If we end a session for this reason, we'll explain why, and we'll refund any sessions you've paid for but not yet had.
Confidentiality
What you share with us is kept confidential. We won't pass it on without your permission, except where the law requires it, or where we reasonably believe there's a risk of serious harm to you or someone else. How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Our responsibility to you
We'll provide our sessions with reasonable care and skill. Because this work depends partly on your own participation and on the health information you give us, we can't promise particular outcomes.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, if something goes wrong because we didn't provide a session with reasonable care and skill, you're entitled to have it put right — usually by offering you the session again — or, if that isn't possible, a refund of some or all of what you paid (Consumer Rights Act 2015). We're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen. None of this affects your other legal rights as a consumer.
Indemnity
If you breach these Terms or use our services unlawfully, you agree to be responsible for reasonable, foreseeable losses we suffer as a direct result. This does not apply to anything caused by our own negligence or breach, and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property
All content on our website and in our materials (text, images, recordings, branding and the name "The Confluencers") belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, illness, government action, civil unrest, strikes, or failures of utilities or the internet. Where such an event prevents a session, we will offer a reschedule or refund.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with anything, please tell us first at chat@theconfluencers.com. We'll acknowledge your complaint promptly and try to put things right.
If we can't resolve your complaint, you can take independent advice, for example from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, or consumeradvice.scot in Scotland). For complaints about your personal data, see our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Participation Agreement, form the entire agreement between us regarding our services.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms, and we'll let you know if we make a significant change. Changes don't affect sessions you've already booked unless you agree. If you have any questions, contact us at chat@theconfluencers.com.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live elsewhere in the UK, in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
